Microsoft has stopped rolling out Windows 11 version 24H2 to PCs with certain Ubisoft games due to crashes.

As report Microsoft has stopped rolling out the update to Windows 11 version 24H2 to PCs with certain Ubisoft games installed. The company took the action following complaints of Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin's Creed games crashing after installing the new Windows update.

Microsoft confirmed the "compatibility block" in a status update last night and said it was working with Ubisoft to find a solution. In the meantime, the company recommends not manually installing the Windows 11 24H2 update. Microsoft writes that Ubisoft has released a temporary fix to address crashing issues in Star Wars Outlaws, but notes that players "may still experience some performance issues."
