Meta App Labs, a part of the Quest ecosystem, will be closed next month and merged with the Horizon Store.

If you've been a part of the Quest ecosystem for a while, you're probably familiar with Meta App Labs. Starting next month, App Labs will be closed and App Labs games will be merged with the Horizon Store. This follows Meta's recent decision to make App Lab visible in the store and will help developers get more exposure for their apps.

App Lab is where Quest apps in development were uploaded, not the actual Horizon store. This includes early access of Quest applications, Alpha and Beta versions. However, any content uploaded to the application laboratory is very troublesome. You must enter the exact title or know the URL to access the application laboratory page.

Not long ago, Meta App Lab visited the Horizo N store. This shows that a new category user can open and find new applications and game categories. This has significantly increased the ability to develop noticeable and become popular applications. But now the Meta App Lab is filling out completely in favor of a more unified Horizon store.
