Microsoft's AI service Copilot now lets you control Android 14 phones directly from your PC. If you connect your Android device via Phone Link, the AI assistant can retrieve messages, set alarms, and get other information.

To use the service, visit copilot.microsoft.com on the web. Activate the phone plug-in via the hamburger menu and send a short reminder to Copilot. Keep in mind that it will take about a minute for the service to respond due to several connection barriers. Phone Link, a Windows service, allows you to connect phones to PCs or laptops. You need to download the Windows app from Google Play. Some manufacturers such as Samsung, Honor and Oplus Group (Oppo, OnePlus, Realme) provide full device access to support remote control of phones.
