Bumble has introduced a new reporting option for users to report profiles suspected of using AI-generated images and videos.

Bumble is asking users to help protect the dating app from AI-generated profiles. On Tuesday, the company introduced a new reporting option that allows members to report profiles if they suspect someone is using AI-generated images and videos. Now, when users want to report a profile, they can select "Fake Profile" and then select "Photo or Video Created Using Artificial Intelligence." Other reporting options include inappropriate content, underage users, fraud, and using someone else's image.

Unfortunately, Bumble's new reporting option comes at a time when AI-generated photos are common on dating apps and are often used to trick or trick others. Click the button, you can match the cat fish and think about having a yacht and performing the abdominal muscles in the chisel. BUMBLE hopes the new report settings will help prevent people from using AI Despicable. "An essential part of creating a space for meaningful connections is removing any misleading or dangerous element," Risa Stein, Bumble's vice president of product, said in a statement to TechCrunch. “We are committed to continuously improving our technology to ensure that Bumble is a safe and reliable dating environment. By introducing this new reporting option, we can better understand how bad actors and fake profiles are dishonestly using AI, so our community can feel safe making connections.

The new reporting option follows Bumble's launch of an AI tool called "Deception Detector," which uses AI and human review to detect and remove fake profiles, spammers and scammers. Since launching the feature in February, Bumble claims members have seen a 45% reduction in reports of spam, scams and fake profiles. Bumble is also a AI -led "Private Detector" tool that automatically flows out naked images.

Although Bumble is struggling with AI's personal information, the founder of the company, Whitney Wolf, has some interesting ideas for this technology. Hurd said in an interview that the future of online dating could involve artificial intelligence "dating concierges," or assistants who manage hundreds of dates on your behalf to find your perfect match. We don't know how many people agree with this idea, but everyone has an idea.
