Samsung has temporarily stopped shipping its new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to retailers due to quality control complaints. Early customers who received the wireless earphones ahead of their wider release on July 24 reported that the earbuds were flimsy and easily broke when removed.
In a statement to the Android authority, it was confirmed to stop. The company said, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this." Before official confirmation, Amazon Galaxy Bud 3 Pro and Samsung postpone the release date until August 28. Samsung has also issued a statement to the local and Korean market that the company apologized for the product for quality control. We can assume from Samsung's updated web listing that orders will start shipping at the end of August, but a customer email posted by Android Authority gives customers the option to cancel their order.
