Nintendo plans a digital exhibition in June, focusing on titles for its hybrid gaming platform in the second half of the year.

The corporation planned a digital exhibition in June last month. Nintendo also downplayed expectations, indicating that the next presentation will focus on titles coming to its hybrid gaming platform in the second part of the year. Furthermore, it was already stated that this demonstration will not feature any announcements about the device rumoured to successor the Nintendo Switch.

While we don't know what's coming up for the Switch in the second half of the year, the most recent Nintendo Direct revealed that Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will be available on Switch in 2025. Furthermore, Retro Studios is currently working on Metroid Prime 4, which has received no new updates.

There will undoubtedly be some announcements from third parties at the Direct. With Microsoft announcing a 10-year contract with Nintendo to bring Call of Duty to the Switch, some expect the first Call of Duty game(s) to be presented during the digital showcase. Meanwhile, fans of the House of the Dead franchise anticipate that a remake of the second game will be unveiled during tomorrow's Nintedo Direct, after Gematsu's discovery of an official Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rating for The House of the Dead 2 Remake last week.

NintendoDirect is the final of the major three home gaming console manufacturers to have a summer presentation previewing the slate for the rest of the year. PlayStation and Xbox followed suit, hosting digital demonstrations on May 30th and June 9th, respectively.
