'Starfield' reveals first look at 'Shattered Space' expansion (video).

Starfield might have disappointed some at launch, but in typical Bethesda fashion, it\'s continuing to expand and giving more power to the players.

Despite the generally favorable reviews and great sales numbers, Starfield failed to impress some longtime Bethesda fanatics, mainly because its vast yet relatively more grounded sci-fi universe wasn't as engaging as it could be. However, the data supports the ongoing work that Bethesda Game Studios has put into all previous major releases until they reach their full potential, with the first expansion, Shattered Space, already on its way.

Shattered Space looks to add an element of mystery, horror, and comedy that some players felt was missing from the game, and we can't wait to see where the story goes. Plus, we're sure players will get a ton of cool new loot and gear (and maybe even some cool ships). When it comes to the content shown at the end of the video, players can now access it, just like the Elder Scrolls V: Sky and Stranding 4, Starfield's own Creation Club, which found and simplified the model's addition. There are, of course, some limitations to this system versus the more intricate, out-of-game process of modding, but it\'s a tidy and quick way to add plenty of mods to your game. Also, this is available for the Xbox version of the game too, albeit with some size and content limits. Once you get to this section of the game, you'll see that some new pieces of content from Bethesda Game Studios and verified modders require premium credits to be purchased, so make sure you like what you see before you do. As a quick reminder, the Premium Edition of the game that has access to Shattered Space also includes 1000 of these credits, so that's nice.
